Finally Free of Box Elders! Dave at Agent Pest Control provided professional and exceptional service. My home was infested with stubborn box elder bugs, and nothing I did deterred them. After speaking with Dave on the phone, I knew I had made a good decision hiring him. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell he enjoys helping people. He arrived on time and was very thorough and timely with the treatment to my home. He also explained what he was doing so I knew what services I was paying for. On top of being prompt, professional and friendly, he also completely rid my home of box elders and all other bugs! Ill always be calling Dave for any extermination services I need in the future.

Amazing job! When we had a rodent problem recently my family didn't know what to do, I thought about calling one of the big name companies but after reading many positive reviews we went with agent pest control..Dave did an amazing job and was very thorough.. I was using Decon, but still had mice. When I called, Dave arrived promptly and helped me understand and determine corrective action for rodent areas. He used a variety of traps and bait to ensure we would not have any further problems! The individualized service I received was very unexpected, but much appreciated!

Dave is an expert at this craft. His commitment to the business is apparent by the customer service, extensive knowledge base and his ability to produce positive results (positive for homeowners, but not the mice/bugs). Dave did a wonderful job educating us about the science behind what he was doing. He is always pleasant, easy to talk to and extremely hard working.
