- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical work pricing can vary a lot there are a lot of factors to consider in some cases. However there are some things can be a set price such as Switch and outlet replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will tell me what they’d like to have done. I’ll then explain the process and what it will take for me to complete the job. We will then discuss pricing and material options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
