I am so beyond impressed and relieved from the work Valley Home Services did for me. They promptly scheduled a time to come next day due to my concerns, and a day later the job was complete. When they came to assess the situation, they quickly diagnosed the actual issue(s) and reassured me it would be taken care of for good. With my home being over 100 years old, there was a plethora of band-aid fixes over the years that were working negatively against each other in a number of ways. Not surprising. In half of a day, everything was fixed and is in proper working order. I am beyond relieved to not be worrying about a plumbing issue anymore. Thank you Parker & Scott! You two are amazing, and despite the quirks of my centry-old home, your spirits remained high. I am deeply grateful! If you have an older home like mine and have exhausted all options, Valley Home Services is the place to go and should've been the first place you went. Cannot sing enough praises to them!
