We bought our house with Betsy, and I could not recommend her enough. Betsy negotiated a fair market price during a sellers market for our home. This home had several offers and she was able to make ours stand out by being easy to deal with. With several headwinds she was perseverant and professional as she represented me to the seller. We have a great relationship with our seller and that in part has to do with her ability to find mutual ground. I highly recommend betsy when buying or selling a home.
