What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard trip fee to dispatch a tech to anywhere within 50 miles of Salt Lake. Additional fee for locations 50 miles away or greater. Non-quantifiable job types such as wiring installation are charged hourly at a $70/hour rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most job types we try to conduct a remote or in-person site survey to provide a detailed solution and estimate to go with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of network installation and deployment for Fortune 500, Tier 1 carriers such as Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, CenturyLink, Amazon and others.
