I submitted a request today, (on Christmas Eve!) and Miracle called me right away and within a few hours had come and fixed the problem same day. He gave me several options for fixing the problem including shot term and long term fixes from most affordable to the most expensive which I appreciated. I'll have my space ready in time for the new tenants now which I am so happy about. Thank you so much!
