FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost varies depending on ease or difficulty of access to the windows, and by level of soil load ( incl. paint, stucco, silicon, mineral build-up, new-window stickers, etc.) on the windows themselves. Also, many customers are often concerned about paying to have their windows cleaned and then having them dirtied again by a sudden storm. Please inquire as to how we can reduce the cost for subsequent cleanings and get you on a maintenance type schedule so you can enjoy clean windows at the most minimal cost. We also will be implementing a referral incentive program in 2018, which will further add value to our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began cleaning residential windows in East Contra Costa County, California, while in college in the 90's. During this time I had the privilege of working on all styles of hundreds of up-scale homes. While working there in my second year I was promoted to a Crew Manager, where I had the opportunity to train several new employees on the finer points of Professional Window Cleaning. After Moving to Utah I worked for a couple of more reputable window cleaning companies in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Though I wound up working in other professions and industries over the years, I wound-up returning to Window Cleaning five years ago, because I enjoy working outdoors and providing a valuable service that people appreciate!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a company that specialized in doing up-scale residential homes while in college in Northern California's Bay Area.
