FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you can provide the name/contact info of the person who referred you, both you and the referee will get 10% off their next service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I schedule an appointment with the customer, I ask depending on the job if they have skylights, chandeliers, mirrors, or solar panels that need washed. I ask if there is any window tinting in the home as the same window washing techniques cannot be used on tinting as they can on glass. I often let my customers know that I will likely need access to their hose if there are extra dirty windows and screens that need cleaned. If you have a vinyl window that is high up or has multiple panes and parts, I’ll remove the panes from the Frame, wash them, and reinstall them carefully and methodically. If we agreed to clean the inside and outside of windows, I typically start washing all the windows starting inside on the top floor working my way down top to bottom & left to right having my extra clean “indoor shoes” on. Once I’m finished with the inside, I put on my outdoor shoes and do the same to the exterior of the home. I thoroughly clean the windows, tracks, sills, screens, front door features, cobwebs, and more depending on how we make our agreement. Throughout the whole process I will communicate any questions or concerns I have as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a working professional that has been in the business for 20 years
