- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for small websites of typical services. However for custom work it is easy to give a ball park figure but not an exact dollar amount. We work out a custom solution for you. We don't have package deals because one size doesn't fit all.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with every size of business. Small businesses that only need a small website for presence. We also work on large custom complex websites. We have an excellent reputation and we meet deadlines. We live up to our strict standards of performance and quality. We are Google and Bing certified so we know how to optimize a website and create traffic that converts. Why throw money down the drain trying to do this yourself. It has taken us years to come up with our marketing solutions for our clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Honestly this industry is like 7-11. Developers and marketers on every corner. Promising deadlines, and guaranteeing search results. 40% of my clients come to me after being ripped off by someone else in the industry. They decide to outsource and the communication breaks down and they don't get what they want, freelancers have other full time jobs and you are not a priority, guarantees are made that can't be kept. If anything I am down to earth and honest. We do quality work and I make sure we do what we promised.
