- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide event help and wait staff, planning and coordinating and bar service. If you require specific alcohol related services, please specify in the additional details. Please note that these services may be quoted at a higher hourly rate than general staffing. Deposit is required to confirm date and staff. Events scheduled less than a week in advance, may incur a rush fee depending on staffing needs. There may be additional fees if site visits are required. Charges begin at the time our team arrives and ends when we leave. Event location/travel may require an additional fee. Quotes will be approximate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an initial phone consultation to understand event needs and specifics. Send over a quote and summary of event, expectations. Deposit required to confirm date and staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the business for 15 years. Serving in restaurants, for private chefs, planning and executing multiple events large and small.
