S.A.M. Handyman Services

I did meet Stephanie at one of her rental properties to look at some pet damage with the intention of getting an estimate together. During our initial consult I warned Stephanie that December was chaotic because of the holidays and my kids having busy schedules and that it would take some time, to which she said she understood. I warned her that the parts would be hard to find and it would take some time to track them down, all at no charge to her. I was unable to find the replacement parts after going to multiple shops looking for trim. Stephanie became frustrated and decided to go in a different direction, which is her choice. But I never worked for her. She paid me zero dollars and it cost nothing but a little time. I'm not even sure how she was able to review this. That being said if you believe that a handyman should put the client over his children, then you should find a different handyman. My children always come first.
