Tiago showed up when he said he would and his team, Cesar, did such an amazing job. We even had the glass installers come to measure and they told me that whoever did my tile was very talented because it wasn't easy to do. It looks amazing and I can't stop raving about it.

Although we ended up going with a different contractor than RTM because the other contractor was able to do build work for us as well as the tile, my experience with Tiago and RTM flooring through the estimate process was very positive. Tiago was extremely responsive, punctual, friendly, and he worked hard to try to earn our business. Had we not had the other building needs, RTM would have been a good choice for our project. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future tiling projects.

Tiago and his team did a great job replacing the flooring in the kitchen of my rental property. The tile they installed is beautiful! They were on time, professional, and stuck to their timeline to complete the job. They even went out of their way to finish a few extra tasks to make sure the job was done to our liking. I am hiring them again to finish tile in the rest of the basement as soon as possible. I would hire them again! Thanks!

I kept waiting for the “We got a problem, or the “We didn’t expect this” phone call. But it never came. Tiago and Cesar were EXTREMELY professional. They did excellent work and even helped with the tough decisions, like tile size, installation pattern, grout color and more. Our job ran long and RMT didn’t sweat it.
