- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having operated as a general contractor for several decades you can get pulled into lots of different areas of focus. Several years ago it became very difficult for us to even get roofers to show up on jobs we were working on so we decided to do the roofing ourselves. This turned into providing Roofing services for other contractors and soon RoofTek became our primary focus. We strive to be the best roofer around.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We install residential, commercial, new construction, Industrial, multifamily apartment units and HOAs. we do asphalt shingle roofs and also TPO or PVC membrane roofs. we also install metal roofs as they are an accent two other Roofing projects. We can service and repair tar and gravel, or rolled asphalt Roofing, as well as servicing asphalt roofs and EPDM, TPO or PVC commercial roofs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to verify basic information about the contractor you are dealing with. Verify license and insurance. Also hiring a contractor who is certified buy a material manufacturer is a good way to ensure you get a reputable contractor. Finally I recommend giving a small deposit until all of the work is done and you are satisfied with the quality before making final payment.
