- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is a per / sqft system. There are other aspects, such as scaffolding, hard to get to windows, or difficult installation situations, or if the job is more than 30 miles from Simply Cool that will be reflected in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you to determine your needs and measure your windows. Then we can schedule your job and do the install. When we are there to do the install, we will show you what to expect with the installation. We take preparations to be mindful and attentive to your home or business and we clean up after ourselves. Once done, most of our films have a Lifetime Residential Warranty and a 15 Year Commercial Warranty. If you ever have concerns or questions, never hesitate to give us a call. It's our priority to make sure everything is taken care of and handled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 years of experience installing window films. I stay up to date with the latest films and techniques from our vendors.
