My disposal was powered on but not working. Terry got back to me within a few hours, able to fit me in within a few days for my non-emergency. Turns out there was a small rock (how?) lodged in there that I could not feel or see. Terry showed me how to reset, crank and release the crank of disposal (I have my souvenir rock). Sure it was $95 for the house call and a disposal tool he gave me but I would have never figured it out and he was honest. Super appreciate that!

4 years Plumbing school to obtain journeyman license which through hard work and experience I have know have a master plumber license.
