Our pricing is simple, clear, and built with your peace of mind in mind. We charge an 8%-11% management fee with no hidden fees. As real estate investors ourselves, we created a pricing model that removes the frustration we felt in the past: just honest, transparent service. Our management fee covers done-for-you management that protects your property, maximizes rent, and handles every detail, from tenants to turnovers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Onboarding Process We take a personalized, hands-on approach to make sure you feel confident every step of the way: 1. Discovery Call – We start with a conversation to understand your current situation, pain points, and goals. Whether you're a seasoned investor or an accidental landlord, we tailor the experience to you. Rental Analysis – After that initial call, we’ll also provide a rent estimate to ensure your property is positioned competitively in the market. 2. Consultation Call – Once we understand your needs, we walk you through a customized plan, explaining our processes, answering questions, and aligning on expectations. 3. Property Walkthrough – Your assigned property manager visits the home to assess condition and readiness and identify any opportunities to increase rental value. 4. Sign & Launch – We finalize the management agreement and get to work, marketing your property, screening tenants, and handling the rest.

Today, he applies that investor mindset to help clients protect and grow their assets through clear systems, strategic decision-making, and financial transparency. Emil – Co-Founder & CEO Emil has spent years in the property management industry, earning a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and results. He knows the challenges of managing rentals from both the owner and tenant perspective and built the operational systems at Peaceful to reflect that. Emil’s hands-on experience ensures that each property under our care runs smoothly, vacancies are minimized, and tenants are well-taken care of.
