All depends on the device and what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get all information in regards to the device we are working on & the customers information. Give the customer a free diagnostic & will provide them with an estimated time frame & price to get their device repaired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology school, over 23 years of cell phone repair experience, monthly training on new devices and new technology.
