- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a contingency fee firm. You pay nothing unless we win for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With one call to our office, you'll set in motion a process perfected over years of experience. Our intake staff will gather basic information about your potential case and let you know if it sounds like something we can help you with. If so, we will send an investigator to your home or convenient meeting place to ask you some more details about the accident and begin the information gathering process. Once that is done, your case is assigned to a caring attorney and case manager team who are devoted to helping you get well and absorbing the blows that come from insurance and creditors. We take that load off your shoulders and put it on ours to help make sure you just focus on getting the right medical treatment to heal and recover. Once your treatment phase is complete, we negotiate with your guidance with the various insurance companies involved to ensure a maximum financial recovery for your injuries, pain and suffering, and lost wages. If those negotiations don't proceed favorably for you, we can proceed to go further and enter into mediation, arbitration, or even court trials to ensure our clients get a fair and full settlement. Your welfare is our concern.
