- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will include a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your date, with a clearly confirmed total covering all details. I will happily manage your event from start to finish, and cover all areas you’d like covered - from designing and producing invitations, to ordering your cake. I am gifted at stretching your budget while making a memorable event, and will honestly tell you where you can cut corners when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate about your basic needs and your vision. I ask questions that help ensure that you are heard and understood well, and we accomplish all that we can within your budget. When we agree on a plan, I will ask you to sign a contract and pay a material fee so I can begin work ASAP, and off we go! I will get to work creating what you need, and ship it to you, or deliver if you are local to Salt Lake City.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of Cooking, catering and event planning experience, 5 children and 3 grandchildren, with dozens of weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthday and engagement parties, and memorable events to unite friends and families.
