FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really all depends on the job. There are various aspects such as amount of detail or supplies. Gas can affect my pricing as well depending on the proverbial commute. My work usually amounts to about 35$ an hour on average though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call my clients right off the bat, and let them know I'm interested, and that I'm serious about starting as soon as they want. I also like to find an agreeable price. I am always subject to negotiate, because at the end of the day, everyone needs to win.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Graphic Design, 10 years worth of business management, and 5 of those years were for an art supplies store (Jerry's Artarama). So, I conduct myself at a professional level with a great amount of knowledge in art supplies, digital art, and leadership.
