- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Lugg ultimately depends on the vehicle that you select, the number of miles between the two locations, and the number of minutes spent at pickup and drop off. Please visit our website where you'll be able to get the best estimate, view the most accurate availability, and book your Lugg. Below I have included the dimensions of our Lugg vehicles. Please make sure to compare these dimensions, to what needs to be moved, as we cannot complete more than one trip or stop, per Lugg request. If not all items fit, you will have to request a second Lugg or cancel and request the correct size vehicle. Lugg Pickup Truck - will be at least 6ft long and 4.5ft wide. The crew can leave the tailgate open for extra length and secure your items with straps for transport. Lugg Van - at least 8ft long, 4ft wide, and 5ft tall (King or Cal King mattress will not fit in this option) Lugg XL - will be at least 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall. Each Lugg gets completed with care by our thoroughly vetted Luggers. They are background checked, backed by our insurance policy, and prepared to move big and bulky items with lots of smiles! They will do the impossible to load, haul and deliver your items safely.
