This is the way to move things. I paid these guys $50 instead of the other offers of $350 and $180 with minimum time requirements of 2 hours when all I needed was 30 minutes. I'm calling Lugg every time from now on... fast, easy, cheap!

The two guys that came to move the couch a bed a dresser a nightstand we're horrible they were rude they were mad they didn't even take the cushions to the couch with them they got to my new apartment first set the nightstand in the living room so I had to scoot it into the bedroom with scratched up the wooden floors because they left before I got there or I would have said something they didn't put the bed together it would have been so easy because the frame was still together they just could have put it in the slots of the headboard of footboard but no they set the bed right in between the headboard and footboard so I had to lift it up by myself and then try to put the bed frame in the slots without the bed falling on me because the bedroom is not that big I mean they would not even lift another finger to help you do anything they were going to do what was on their list and that was it and then they got all mad and sent me a nasty text cuz I didn't tip them when I pulled up to the new apartment I had taken money out of my wallet the tip of my know you could tip them online but they left while I was sitting in my car didn't say goodbye and then when I went upstairs and saw where the the nightstand was in the bed right in the middle where the bed frame needs to go I mean they couldn't put that together we would just be too much for these two big guys to help me out hell no I wasn't going to tip them

They were awful they were rude and they brought my stuff into my into my new apartment and left the nightstand which is solid wood three doors Marble top left it in the living room so I had to scoot it across the hardwood floors which made a bunch of scratches on it then they set the mattress right in front of the headboard they couldn't even put the headboard of footboard into the slats of the frame the frame was already together they just had to put the slats in cuz it was very hard for me to do the headboard fell over on me twice so they didn't even go out and Beyond to do just a little bit extra and then they wanted to know why I didn't tip them

Rattay and Sergio were WONDERFUL! I thought I was going to need two vans but they fit everything in one. They were gentle with my furniture and boxes and worked incredibly hard. It was not an easy move- a ton of stairs and heavy furniture but they got it done in great time and were super friendly. I would 100% recommend Lugg and especially these two guys.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Lugg ultimately depends on the vehicle that you select, the number of miles between the two locations, and the number of minutes spent at pickup and drop off. Please visit our website where you'll be able to get the best estimate, view the most accurate availability, and book your Lugg. Below I have included the dimensions of our Lugg vehicles. Please make sure to compare these dimensions, to what needs to be moved, as we cannot complete more than one trip or stop, per Lugg request. If not all items fit, you will have to request a second Lugg or cancel and request the correct size vehicle. Lugg Pickup Truck - will be at least 6ft long and 4.5ft wide. The crew can leave the tailgate open for extra length and secure your items with straps for transport. Lugg Van - at least 8ft long, 4ft wide, and 5ft tall (King or Cal King mattress will not fit in this option) Lugg XL - will be at least 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall.
