Coulson was great! He fixed some gate latches for us but more importantly he made a metal stair rail on short notice so we would have it in time for a reception of about 40 people. Highly recommend Coulson and plan to have him make a fence.

Rich Metal Arts was a great company to have done the work I needed. They were the only one to respond to my Thumbtack request…disappointing to be ignored by the others. Coulson responded quickly, came out within a few days, measured and sketched, asked about sizes , color, and materials, and sent an email quote about 2 days after that. He and his partner came out and assembled it onsite due to concrete settlement and irregularities. They then took it back to do the finish work and send it out to be powder-coated. A few days after that was done Coulson came out and installed it in less than 10 minutes. He and his partner were very friendly and professional and the railing came out great! We are very happy with the finished product that will give people greater safety and stability using our front stairs! When we need more metalwork done, Rich Metal Arts will be our first phone call!

Found them through Thumbtack when I was looking for someone to get me some bar grating and cut it so I can put it against the curb of my house for a driveway. They were responsive and upfront about the costs and timelines. Everything worked out great and I would definitely use them again for any metal work I needed.

Awesome work by Rich. He worked with what I needed and delivered on time and with great quality. Would definitely go to him again for more projects or recommend. He made us a custom metal cubby shelf for outside toys and bike gear for us. You can’t find this in any store!
