FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to have a fair, competitive price that is also within reach for most families. -Discounts: 15% off when paying for 4 weeks in advance. Missed classes are NOT refundable nor transferable. -Fees: STARTING AUGUST 1ST, 2022, cancellations made 12 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a $20 fee. No-shows will be subject to a $30 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new families and learning about them. First, the parents, the student, and I would schedule and meet in a 15-minute zoom call to get to know each other and to come up with a plan specifically for the child's needs. During the call, we would decide a weekly meeting time for future appointments, share contact information, and answer any doubts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is very important for me. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Minor in Mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. In the near future, I plan to get a master's in Mathematics Education and Psychology. My dream is to get a PhD to become a university professor.
