- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW CLIENT PROMOTION Don't miss this great opportunity! For the first 4 weeks, classes are only $80 an hour! That's a $20 discount PER HOUR!!! After that, prices go back to the regular $100 an hour. I strive to have a fair, competitive price that is also within reach for most families. -Discounts: 15% off when paying for 4 weeks in advance. Missed classes are NOT refundable nor transferable. -Fees: STARTING JANUARY 6TH, 2025 cancellations made 6 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a $30 fee. No-shows will be subject to a $50 fee. -Referral bonus (for every referral that becomes a customer) is a $25 discount applicable to the next payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new families and learning about them. First, the parents, the student, and I would schedule and meet in a 15-minute zoom call to get to know each other and to come up with a plan specifically for the child's needs. During the call, we will talk about a weekly meeting time, the frequency of meetings, how to send materials to work on, how to use zoom, payments, and answer any doubts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is very important for me. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Minor in Mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. In the near future, I plan to get a master's in Mathematics Education and Psychology. My dream is to get a PhD to become a university professor.
