- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understand that pro will do his or her pricing based on a lot a things. If the the pro doesn’t, you can ask questions like how far is pick up to drop off, or is it apartment or house we moving to. Then you will understand why the price you both settle on is the way it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide them with a reasonable price for the service and make sure their time and money is respected. It helps me put food on the table for my family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked and specialized in moving heavy furniture and delivery hundreds of specialties in a day. I’m great with time management and heavy lifting. It’s a Polynesian thing. We are built strong.
