FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies greatly based on services requested and number of sessions. My biggest successes come from clients who invest in packages that include 1:1 sessions and in-between email support. This allows us to collaborate and problem-solve what comes up between sessions in more real time. The outcomes from this kind of support are incredible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most services and coaching, we will start by thoroughly discussing the issue you are looking to adjust in your life. Whether nutritional, relationships, or finances, everything has a root to be understood. We will start by exploring those roots looking for ways for you to make and sustain your desired outcomes. After that, we will begin looking at your broader lifestyle and habits, which ones are working and which ones are not. We will start to create and implement your Wellness Plan that will be the foundation of our sessions from there on, edited and adjusted over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Health Promotion and Education, a IWA certified Wellness and Life coach, Experienced 200-hour certified yoga instructor, a BA in Psychology, Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle coach, and have been teaching college nutrition for over 3 years.
