My yard was a total mess, especially the back part of the back lawn. You wouldn’t recognize it now after they mowed, trimmed and edged it. They even plugged up a hole in the fence where a neighbors dog was getting through! They were both very pleasant and courteous as well. They’ve gained a loyal customer today.

Initially the experience was fine. They transfer you to a call center in another country and sell you on getting at least 3 lawn mowings on top of whatever service you actually wanted. I requested the removal of leaves, pine needles and pine cones from my back yard as well as the removal of the leaves once they were raked up. The pro came unprepared but raked most of the leaves and left all of the pine needles and pine cones untouched and pushed the remaining leaves against my back fence. Additionally, he didn’t have the ability to take the 14 bags of leaves with him when he performed the service on 11/4/24 and they’re still currently sitting in my yard. The “pro” that was performing the work said that he was unable to take them as he would have to pay half of the amount he charges for the service due to the weight. I’m unsure why he selected this job if he was unable to complete it entirely. Regardless I insisted that the leaves be removed, as that is what I paid for and really the only reason I signed up for this service in the first place. After talking with customer service, they reached out to the “Pro” and asked that he respond to my dispute that the service was incomplete. He didn’t respond within 48 hours which resulted in customer service issuing me a 50% refund. The only reason I’m giving this company 2 stars is because their out of country support spoke great English and was really easy to work with. This service has been otherwise extremely disappointing and not worth the time or effort it took to get this situation resolved considering I will now have to remove the leaves from the property myself and I was still charged for half of the service.

Once they get to the project, they handle their business well. Good attention to detail, thoroughness of task, and following through to the very completion. My urban jungle didn't make their job easy, but they sure made my life easier! ;-)

Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
