Noe kept the line of communication open up to his arrival. He assessed the issue quickly and made the repairs. Noe was very attentive to the recovery of the surrounding property. Would recommend and utilize this contractor again.

Initially he charged me with much more money than I expected. After I told him I will not pay him so much he lowered his price to half original amount.
