- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I'm definitely not inexpensive and I'm for sure not the most expensive either. I am the price that it cost to get quality and skill so you pay for what you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important understanding the needs and expectations of each customer in order to customize and demonstrate our expertise. Applying it towards getting the job done right. We walk away knowing that the customer is 100% satisfied.!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduating High School and College is what led to the book smart but the hands on for decades in the industry. Working as a team for over decades with open communication & effective problem solving. We are able to find the solutions that demonstrate’s our experience and qualifications.
