- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re not the cheapest — and that’s because we don’t cut corners. Our pricing reflects the level of care, quality, and long-lasting results we deliver. We use top-tier paints and materials, do extensive prep work to ensure flawless finishes, and treat every home with respect. That said, we’re very transparent and flexible with our estimates, and we occasionally offer discounts for flexible scheduling or multi-project bookings. Every quote is custom-tailored to your project, and we’re happy to work with your budget when possible — without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a 100% free estimate, where we come out to your home or project in person. This allows us to fully understand your needs, answer your questions, and give you the most accurate quote possible — no surprises later. We’re very flexible and easy to work with, and we offer a variety of options to fit different needs and budgets. Whether your project is big or small, we’ll walk you through the process, help you choose the right products, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
