Wow! Sousa Maintenance LLC appliance repair is my go-to company for repairs from now on. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My oven was not heating properly so I contacted Edson on Friday afternoon. He responded quickly and was at my home Saturday morning on time. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue fast. I had a question about an ongoing problem with my microwave and he was happy to investigate that for me as well. Edson was back at my home Monday morning with the part needed to fix my oven, and the job was completed in about 15 minutes with no mess left behind.
