- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing always depends on: 1. Type of job: repainting, new construction, etc 2. Repainting jobs: Holes, patches, cracks 3. Surface type: Some surfaces require special kinds of paint with prices varying. 4. Other factors affecting price: Furniture moving, covering floors, carpet and the ceiling height. ** We offer promotions almost every month. Ask us about your monthly promotion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally make an appointment to meet with you for 30 minutes. The appointment is for us to understand your project needs and answer any questions you may have. We will measure all areas to be painted and offer suggestions. We are unable to offer color consultations but can show you color trends. All bids are send via email to the customer. Once our bid is approved, we will set a project start date with a 30% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Painter 1 of Greater Salt Lake is family owned. We have over 20 years experience in the painting industry. We have worked in new construction, repainting and remodels, commercial areas, cabinets, with both interior and exterior experience. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and an exceptional finished product.
