- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as transparent as it can get. We charge an hourly rate only and our clients benefit from trade discounts on purchased furnishings. Our pricing is outlined in our New Client Packet that we provide at the beginning of each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have new clients fill out a questionnaire to help us define the scope, timeline, and feel of a project. Then, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss their questionnaire responses and walk through the new client packet which includes a project timeline, FAQs, pricing, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a variety of customers both locally and remotely. Our client questionnaire on the book now section of our website will help us determine whether we are a good fit for your project!
