We just want to share our side of the story and Thumbtack does not allow us to share pictures of our own in this reply. Hi Joshua. Thank you for having us out to clean so you could get ready to move. Deep/move out cleans and cleanings getting ready for painting, are done best when no furniture or items are in the home so we can hit all areas of the home unobstructed. We did the best we could given you still had all of your belongings in the home and nothing was moved away from walls. When we came back at no charge, as part of our happiness guarantee to make every cleaning right, for an additional 4 hours, you had already walked through and put tape (please see photos in projects labeled 2 star review) near the areas that our cleaner “missed” throughout the house. You did a walk through with us and showed us each of the areas and as we cleaned them we removed the tape. You then did another walk through with us at the end and said everything was good for the time you were willing to pay for and the areas we could get to in that time. The pictures you showed have no objects in front of them. If all walls were accessible and accessible while we were there you would have taped them like you did the other spots and we would have cleaned those areas to your satisfaction. “Poop”, boogers, food, and other unknown substances on the walls, floors, and around the home are not anything we are afraid of (again please see our pics under projects.) That’s why we are in business to clean for others and give them their time back. We pride ourselves in adding value and transforming homes and we have lots of other reviews showing this is indeed the case. We are still not sure the “bleach” on the carpet was actually caused by our cleaner because you first emailed us and then called us to apologize saying it was actually your toddler who got into something, however with no questions asked we did want to do the right thing and be sure to cover it even if it cost us $350 to have it cleaned and re-dyed. In the end, we wish things were different. We wish others saw how hard we worked to clean your home and how much effort went into the job on our end. We also wish you all the best with getting your home sold and with your upcoming move. Take care and thanks again for having us out.
