I would pick them again! Pedro has experience and shares options and what would be best for your floors. He has a lot of knowledge and instructed us through the whole process and how to take care of the floors once finished. Price was reasonable, got it done in 5 days.

Pedro is the MAN! We could not be more pleased with our experience in working with him and his team. Our project wasn’t the easiest mixing old flooring with new flooring, splicing in damaged/new areas, refinishing our stairway, and adding nosing around the stairway. Despite the long list of work, he was able to do all of it working late hours and weekends to make sure it was done in time to allow our other contractors to come in at their scheduled times. He truly went the extra mile to make sure our wood floors were taken care of and that our expectations were met. His attention to detail and knowledge is top notch. He met deadlines put in place and is easily the most professional contractor we have worked with during the course of our remodel. Communication and transparency is very important to us and Pedro if anything, is an over communicator. We loved working with him and can’t wait to refer him to friends/family when they have flooring needs.

We had Pedro refinish our existing hardwood floors as well as install hardwood into our family room area. He did both for just a little more than other bids that were just for refinishing. His rates are excellent, he communicated well, and the quality of his work was top notch. We had a bad refinishing experience a few years ago, so we know what a bad job looks like. He used a custom stain mix that we recommended, and Pedro delivered on what we needed in our project. I would not hesitate in referring him for your hardwood project!
