I’ve been left with an unfinished project and throughout the process the communication was very poor. We agreed on a number of meeting times that had to be adjusted by the handyman because other things came up for him. Once he started the project of hanging up my lights he was unable to hang lights in certain areas that we had expressed wanting done, but instead of communicating this with me, and ensuring that we were ok with a different result, the handyman went ahead and hung the lights differently. When we noticed this, we asked for him to return and fix the lights to match more of what we were hoping for. The handyman agreed, but has since been mia for a week. I am assuming the handyman is ghosting me and I am now left with a half finished project.
Aside from all of this, the handyman was polite when interacting with him, but his lack of communication and disregard for our vision with permanent lighting is disappointing
