We called Ray to figure out why our clothes dryer was so slow. He was methodical is diagnosing the issue, including checking the dryer vent outside. Very satisfied with the work. I also double checked his quote with other sources and he was very honest with the price of materials he needed to do the job. Will definitely call back for my maintenance needs

Ramon was there the next day. Made a quick diagnosis of the issue and completed come initial repairs he could do. He gave me a quote for the completed project and the timeframe, given the parts would have to come from the original manufacturer. He as back on the day promised and completed all the work he had promised. He was also very conscientious about keeping things as clean as possible, even along the way. I'll bring Ramon back to complete all my appliance work now.

Ramon went above and beyond to install my new refrigerator. We ran into a lot of problems and he forged through to install it. What probably would have normally taken less than 45 minutes, it took 4 hours. He had to get parts and pieces to hook up to my RO unit, sawed off my baseboard, wrestled with both refrigerators in and out of my house, but he persisted and got it done. I will 100% use him again for any appliance related task in my house.
