FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm offering a discount with each review as I grow my business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: I start by discussing your project needs, either over the phone or via message. I'll ask a few questions to understand the scope of work and any specific details. 2. Free Estimate: Depending on the job, I can provide an estimate remotely or schedule an on-site visit to assess the work in person. Transparency is key, so I break down costs clearly with no hidden fees. 3. Scheduling & Planning: Once we agree on the details, I schedule the job at a time that works best for you. I'll also provide an estimated timeline any materials needed. 4. Quality Work & Communication: During the job, I keep you updated ono progress, ensure everything is done correctly, and maintain a clean workspace. I take pride in doing the job right the first time. 5. Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction: Before wrapping up, I walk through the completed work with you to ensure you're satisfied. If any adjustments are needed, I handle them promptly. Customer satisfaction is my priority, and I stand by the quality of my work. Let me know how I can help with your next project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with tools and learning hands-on skills since I was young, taught by my father and through the years of real-world experience. Much of my expertise comes from hands-on work under a general contractor and self-teaching, continuously improving my craft over the years. In addition to practical experience, I attended a technical high school where I trained in mechanics, and I later earned a degree in diesel mechanics. While my formal education focused on mechanics, it strengthened my problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail that carry over into my work as a handman, contactor, and mechanic.
