If you’re seeking a bid for a remodel project, please read this carefully:
I cannot provide a hard bid solely through Thumbtack. If you’re only looking for an estimate without serious intent to proceed, I kindly ask that you refrain from reaching out. To help manage expectations, here are some average costs for common projects:
• Full bathroom remodel (tub and shower): $16,000–$23,000
• Full bathroom remodel (walk-in shower): $20,000–$30,000
• Basement bathroom remodel (with drain relocation): $27,000 minimum

• General Contractor Fee: 30% of all project costs (my fee for managing your project and ensuring quality).
• Overhead Expenses: Billed transparently alongside the project costs. $100/week
Payment is structured in phases, with an initial deposit and scheduled payments outlined in a detailed contract.
