My name is Mike Neff, I am founder/owner of Gutter Minded. I worked for another gutter company and decided to branch off and create my own gutter business in 2023. My focus is quality, I will take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We are licensed and insured. We install seamless gutters 5k and 6k, fascia, soffit, we do cleanings, repairs, heat tape, we cater to all your gutter needs. Mike contacted me right away and was able to come out the next day. I had a ton of mud and shingle dust caked in my gutters and Mike got them all cleaned out, and he dug up and re-routed a crushed underground drain pipe. He gave me a fair up front estimate and made sure I approved any work on additional issues he found along the way. He ran water down every gutter and every downspout to make sure everything was sloped correctly, fixed slope issues, and re-caulked leaks as he went. He was very thorough. I enjoyed working with Mike and will hire him again.

Wow... honestly 5 stars is not enough! I contacted Mike among others for a small fascia repair I've been struggling to find someone to do at a reasonable cost for months. He replied right away, came over to make the actual repair right away, and went above and beyond what I originally requested. Not only did he repair the section that was broken, but went around and secured other areas to prevent the same issue from happening again anywhere else. I then brought up a problem section of my gutter that has been an issue for years, and he also took the time and had the supplies ready to replace that too. And he did all of this at a better price than most of the other estimates I received for just the one repair alone, which I really appreciate. After dealing with getting ghosted so often, flaky communication, and high-ball estimates, the integrity displayed by Mike was SO refreshing. He and his son were super nice and very professional, and did great quality work. No complaints on anything! I could not be more happy with or recommend him any more highly!
