Briana was a joy to work with - friendly, professional, intent on getting it right. I had her doing lettering with a foreign alphabet, and she drew it first and showed me a few drafts until I was satisfied before she ever worked on the actual certificates. In the middle of our project, she got married, and this did not throw things off at all!
