FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are in the restoration business, every job is slightly different. Normally I will give people a price range but will need to see the job to give a firm estimate. Variables include: how dirty the grout is (and the the source), the integrity of the existing grout, whether there are any structural issues that create additional work, whether there are any broken or loose tiles and how large the tiles are. If there aren't a lot of unusual variables, I can get pretty close without actually seeing it, but I will never guarantee a price until I have physically seen the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can reach me by phone, text or email. I will set up a time to come give a quote. Quote will be firm unless there are underlying structural issues that can't be assessed from a visual inspection. I try to explain in detail the process we use so the customer is fully aware of what we can and can't do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have done several stone care workshops as well as 4 years of working on marble, travertine, limestone, granite and Quartz. We are always experimenting with new tools and techniques that will improve our productivity or the longevity of the work done.
