Gabe was fantastic. He was upfront about the cost and help ensure the quality of the parts and work. He even took the time to check our garage door for shakes and if anything else needed repair. Would absolutely recommend, in fact I took extra cards from him to give to the HOA and neighbors.

I accidentally backed into our garage on my way to work. Based on their great reviews, we contacted Gabe at Lifted Garage Door, and we weren’t disappointed. Gabe was able to come out the next morning and did a fantastic job. He was thorough, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Even our dog warmed up to him! Problem solved, and I’m happy to say the garage – and my home – are back in order, and I don’t have to sleep on the couch anymore :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent when it comes to pricing. A basic service call price is $89 an hour. As far as other repairs and jobs, it will vary depending on the door and details, we are happy to get free estimates to our customers for the work they are looking to get done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with the customer to evaluate what they are wanting or needing for the service. We would then schedule a time to meet with the customer either on the property or virtually. Then we can get some estimates for the customer for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 16+ years working in the industry repairing, installing, and replacing residential and commercial garage doors.
