- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are an upfront pricing company. We will always inform you what the job costs before ever starting any kind of work. You will know exactly what will be done for the exact costs. With all duct cleanings We will clean all ducts, all vents, all returns, and all trunk lines as well as add a sanitizer smog on all systems. We will not come into your home and try to up-sale you on additional services or offers. This price is up front guarantee. We do a 21 point furnace inspection with all of our duct cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and they will be treated as every other costumer. Honesty and integrity is what we believe in and treating each and every customer as if they are family. We will show up to your home on time, clean, and ready to work. We may have a few questions about the system or the way it operates, we will ask you to join us for any questions you may have through it all. We will diagnose the problem, do a complete and thorough evaluation of the ENTIRE system, we will build a list of options and on your approval we will complete the job. We bill after services and if need be we offer very competitive financing options.
