My partner and I were looking to xeriscape a majority of our yard while also maintaining some some green space for our dog. I reached out to Josh, and he was on-site within the week to get an overview of the project and our priorities. Within three days, he provided a quote with a visual description of his proposed design. We loved the concept and moved forward with his proposal after consulting with other landscaping firms. Josh provided us with a project timeline and prospective start date, and kept in regular contact before working on the project. Over the course of a week, Josh was on-site working. He provided clear information about where the project is progressing, asked for feedback from us frequently. What I appreciate most about Josh is his vision of a project. Early on in project, he proposed some changes to the initial design that fit the house's exterior aesthetic, which we loved and approved. Once changes were approved, he promptly provided changes in terms of project costs. Furthermore, He was always open to project expansion, like adding mulch and planting grasses in our front yard. During the project, Josh kept the site clean and organized, and mitigated any inconveniences for us and our neighbors. Josh is personable, creative and professional. He is passionate about his business and it shows in every aspect of the service he provides. We are very happy with the end result and are excited to finally have a backyard that isn't just an amalgamation of bare dirt and dead grass."See more

I was told on a Friday after that my house would be featured on the cover of a real estate magazine if I could have it ready by the following Monday - just 3 days. My wife and I started spring cleaning of the one-acre site but within 2 hours we realized there was no way we could do it by ourselves. I saw the reviews for JB, left a message on Saturday and despite the weekend they responded promptly, had a full cleaning crew on Sunday, brought in trucks of high quality topsoil and mulch, and by the time the photographer came on Monday, the place was in showing condition! They kept me informed of the cost as the job progressed, and the total cost was very reasonable, especially under the circumstances. From the first contact to the last, JB was wonderful to deal with.
