Julie H. says, "What a great job they did! Alex added 2 pads, removed the old parkstrip and replaced it. They had an amazing lead time. They were able to start the project within the week. I had 1 pad graded and the other not prepared at all. They moved the gravel from where my shed was and moved it over to my new garden area for me. They did a great job of lining up the new concrete with the old. In the front parkstrip, we had issues with some tree roots and alex made a cool design so it looked finished , and I could save the tree. The sidewalk was not even at all and they managed to make the parkstrip as flush as possible with the sidewalk. They managed to all this work without any damage to my garden in back. Alex even concreted in the new metal post for my mailbox. Last but not least , after power washing he noticed that some concrete dust-and stuff ended up on the street in front of my neighbors so he rented a street sweeper for my area. Great price, great job! Definitely when above and beyond!"See more

Sharon S. says, "I wanted my 40 year-old 4 foot high chain-link fence replaced by a 5 foot high chain-link fence and new gate. Mr. Flores responded promptly to my inquiry and made an appointment. Mr. Flores was pleasant and professional as he walked through my yard, taking measurements while listening to the expectations and pointing out particular areas that might require more attention. My number one priority was to have a safe and secure fenced area for my dogs before the workers left at the end of their work day. No way could there be any open spaces in the fence line! Mr. Flores developed a plan that would meet the safety and security needs of my dogs while managing to quickly replace my fence. I was satisfied with the plan, the work schedule, and the reasonableness of the bid. Work started as anticipated. My property was well respected, with signs of construction kept to a minimum. Work proceeded with no disruption to the normal activities of my household. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated, the mess from construction was fully cleaned up, and cost was entirely consistent with the amount bid. I am thrilled with my new fence. I was told on a Friday after that my house would be featured on the cover of a real estate magazine if I could have it ready by the following Monday - just 3 days. My wife and I started spring cleaning of the one-acre site but within 2 hours we realized there was no way we could do it by ourselves. I saw the reviews for JB, left a message on Saturday and despite the weekend they responded promptly, had a full cleaning crew on Sunday, brought in trucks of high quality topsoil and mulch, and by the time the photographer came on Monday, the place was in showing condition!
