Masako M. says, "The job was a total remodeling of a large townhouse(3600 sf), under limited time. It is in a popular ski area, and it was getting close to a new season opening. It needed to be finished before the snow fall. Therefore, it was hard to assemble a team of skilled professionals as they were in high demand to finish every project in town before the season would start. Brian and Jami (co-Ownwers of Blue Sky) took this hard task with an very professional attitude, created a team of very good and hard working sub-contractors, and achieved amazing job together. I lived out of state from the job site, and I had to fully rely on Blue Sky. Though, they kept me informed in every step of the remodel, communicated extensively by text,photos,email, and phone calls, which made me fully confident with theim. I, myself, am also a designer, and understood the time pressure and tough situation of logistics they had. The impressive thing was that they not only achieved the good construction but also paid very personal attention to every detail ,and cared about my benefit first throughout the project. They had a very positive attitude, and solved every usual and unusual problem that arised, very well and creatively. They had an amazing people skill, which was a big plus to have kept everyone involved going with a smile,and going out of his/her way to finish his/her part. I have a deep appreciation for their and their team's work and contribution. Project was done before the snow fall, came out beautifully beyond what I imagined. I highly recommend Blue Sky if you want creative professional who pays attention to detail, put your interest first, and make your life easier. They have certainly made my remote operation stress free. I would also like to add that they also offer property management and beyond. They have found me a very good renter and took care of all relating to the lease process. A very helpful, "one stop takes care of everything" company. They are flexible to your need to come up with solutions. We hired Pyramids Construction to excavate and grade a new patio and install a water management system for the downspouts of our house. The work was done professionally and in the promised time. Eder was flexible, respectful, and suggested several improvements to our original design. We're completely satisfied with the result, and I would definitely hire Pyramids Construction again.
