Very impressed with this plumbing outfit. They were able to save my house before the weekend. My water heater began to leak from the inside… The technician Jesus was very friendly and explained it would be more beneficial to replace the water heater with a new one and my water was back on and running in just over a hour. My hats off to you Big brothers home services

I setup an appointment with Big Brothers through Thumbtack and assumed all was good because it was confirmed. It got to an hour before the appointment and still hadn’t heard anything about them arriving. I reached out to them to see if they were still coming. They notified me my appointment wasn’t ever scheduled and they don’t do scheduling through Thumbtack(don’t schedule with them through here apparently). They said they could have someone come by after hours and instead of the $43 I assumed I was paying to have my work evaluated, I would be charged $89(you can see my chat through my photo and determine for yourself what I’m saying is correct). Since I had two toilets down I was in a panic. I asked them to still come but I decided to hit the hardware store and work on this on my own. Hoping they could make sure all my work was good or fix a couple of things. I fixed one toilet, was finishing up on the last toilet and assumed that my $89 would easily pay for the work I was just finishing up. They looked at the simple job I had left and quoted me $466! I said no thanks, paid the $89, and finished the toilet in 15 minutes myself. Easiest $89 this company will ever make. I would be very cautious before using this company. This was very very disappointing.

Service call fee is not free ($43). Tech would not even look at my issue unless I paid an additional $250 for diagnostic. Does that mean the service fee is actually $300?
