They got the job done. We had them replace our garage man-door and pour some new cement under the door. They did not come clean up the debris or old door, even though that was part of the contract. They left old nails and cigarette butts on our property where my 2 kids play. Even after asking a few times for them to come finish cleaning up, they never did. We are now responsible for finding a way to get the old door to the dump. Their secretary was very good at responding to all my questions via text or phone call, but I don't think their overall business communication is great. There was a period of time where I wasn't sure when they were coming or if they were coming to finish the project at all and had to keep calling them to get any information. I would suggest you do Not pay them until the job is completely finished. Even if they ask for money up front.

These guys are trustworthy and offer excellent service from the moment you hire them until they depart. Although I was first a little reluctant, all of our hardscaping and new patio turned out beautifully, which is why I'm writing a review here to make sure you may also get taken care of and not be hindered by individuals who are cheapskates and want something they cannot afford, then blame honest and hardworking businesses for it. Thank You, MC.

Stay away from Moana Concrete! We had to take them to court due to their dishonest business practices and poor-quality work. We won the case, but we're still fighting to recover the repayment the judge ordered. This company is not even licensed—don’t make the same mistake we did!

Paul and Nia did an excellent job on our sinking walkway. Only took one day. Work was done quickly and they found the root cause of the sinking and fixed in on the install of the new concrete.

Moana concrete/ Paul did a beautiful job for us on our 1,900 square foot residential project. They came out quickly on the bid, showed up when they said they would, and did great work. It can be hard to get concrete right now but their business team had it all lined up and seamless for us, with no delays. They brought plenty of skilled emloyees to complete the job well on the pour day-- the whole team does a great job. They have been honest, hardworking, communicative, and skilled-- all the things homeowners look for. I actually teach homeowners how to install landscapes for a living and this is a company I would feel good about recommending to my learners and anyone looking for a contractor they can trust to do what they are hired to do.
