Sione' did great work on my basement. He gave me a reasonable price and stuck to it. He leveled out the concrete in my basement and installed laminate planks. He said he would be here Friday at 9am, and he was. He worked all day until 6pm. He came back Monday to finish, which he did in a couple of hours. He even extended a couple of feet for me at no additional cost past my basement door at the bottom of my stairs, leading to the basement/upstairs where I had crappy peel and stick stuff. He is very nice and very polite.

I hired these guys to install laminate throughout the third floor of my home as well as the stairs. I already had the flooring ready to go and was planning to do the demo myself, but Sione came in and gave a bid with and without the demo. The numbers were in line with other bids i had received, and i decided to go with Sione due to the good reviews, his professionalism, and an overall great attitude and willingness to work with me that made me feel all warm and fuzzy. In the end I'm glad i did. I made the right choice and couldn't be happier. They were incredibly accommodating when i was lacking materials in a couple of instances, and let me know what they needed well in advance of needing it so there was plenty of time for me to acquire supplies without holding up the project. Overall, communication was great. Did i mention i already had two rooms done? Not only did these guys work to integrate the new laminate with the existing laminate. They worked around some poor choices on my part such as laying the boards in opposite directions. They did what it took to a quality job quickly, and it came out great. I even paid them in full before the job was complete, and the quality and speed of their work never diminished. Kiwi Flooring will definitely be my go-to from here on out.
