Dan was terrific! I highly recommend him and he was properly priced for the work required - switching my old laptop “stuff” to my new one. He was quick to respond, delivered his work to me before the promised date - imagine that!!! You can have absolutely confidence you’ll be receiving professional and quality work. Plus, he’s just a pleasant, honest person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Dan was 100% honest. He gave me one price expecting to spend 2 hours with the device to repair it. Instead, it only took him a few minutes to run a diagnostic that solved the problem, and he charged me the lowest price he has. I would not have known what he did or how much time he spent, but he leveled with me, and in this era of so much graft and corruption by certain repair experts, Dan is a professional relationship that I will treasure.

I was very happy with my experience! I don't know very much about computers but Dan never made me feel stupid. My computer is really old and probably needs to be replaced and Dan was still willing to spend some time fixing it but understood that I didn't want to invest too much in the repairs. Will definitely be back the next time I have a computer issue!

I reached out to Dan to update/repair my 2008 MacPro tower. He did a fantastic job keeping me up-to-date on the status of the work and the running costs. He was friendly, prompt and did an excellent job on my computer while being extremely reasonable in his costs. I have been looking for someone to trust with my various computers for years. Dan is that guy! I will definitely use him for all my future work and I highly recommend him for anyone still using older Macs. Micro-Center....eat your hear out!
