Jared was great to work with. He came over on a Friday evening when our heat died. He gave us a lot of options to try to resolve the issue over the weekend. Ultimately, he ended up coming first thing Monday morning to replace the part that had failed. He kept in contact throughout the weekend and called us in the morning to tell us what it’d cost to replace. I’d recommend Jared and Home Performance Pros to anyone.
