- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Marcato rates are $75 per person. We don't cut corners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the client, gather the wants, needs, any dietary restrictions. We want to be able to execute the customers vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional cook for over 15 years and I have worked in fine dining hotel restaurants and chef owned operated establishments. I have been the Executive Chef for Bon Appetite, Chef De Cuisine at HSL Restaurant. I also obtained a A.S Degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Institute at the Art Institute Salt Lake City.
